This page states the terms and conditions under which you use the Weapon of Choice website. Any use of this website means that you agree to them. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions then you are not authorised to use this website.
Payment for Goods and Delivery Charges
Weapon of Choice (WOC) can only supply goods that are ordered online via the website or by telephone or in person at the gallery. All payments including all shipping and handling fees, must be made by either credit or debit card or cash if ordered in person. WOC will not accept any other form of payment. All transactions are completed on a secure server and WOC process all card transactions in store. Delivery charges are set out at the time the order is made.
WOC is not responsible for parcels damaged during shipping.
Delivery Times
All orders are sent by first class recorded mail. Due to high demand please allow 2 - 5 working days for your order to be shipped. Any pre orders add the time estimated dispatch onto the delivery time.
We try to ensure any items including glass is extra bubble wrapped for a safe delivery but glass is shipped at your own risk as our postal services do not insure the shipment of glass. We haven't had anyone complain of broken frames/glass as yet, however if your are unfortunate to have bob the builder as your post man and your glass in the frame is broken, most good framers will give you a panel of glass for around £3 depending on size. If you would like us to ship a framed piece without the glass please us to let us know.
International orders
If ordering multiple products and your shipping seems high, please get in touch with us here. WOC is NOT responsible for international duties or taxes. All international duties and taxes in relationship to your order are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice.
WOC warranties
WOC is unable to provide any warranties in relation to the goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994.
Limited Liability
Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury WOC’s liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction. WOC shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses even if WOC has previously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.
Availability of the Website and Goods
We try to ensure that the website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However we cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the site are in stock or available. In the case of an ordered item becoming out of stock, items will be allocated on a time-ordered basis and a full refund offered to all excess orders.
Typographical errors
In the event that a WOC item is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, WOC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. WOC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, WOC shall issue a refund in the amount of the incorrect price.
Intellectual Property Rights
The rights in content of this website are owned by WOC or it's contributors. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, post or transmit any part of this site without permission. All trademarks, product names and company names or logos featured on this website are the property of their owners.
Returns and Exchange
All the items for sale from WOC are verified by us as the genuine article. We are confident that you will be satisfied with any item you purchase.
Original art is non refundable, although we have never been asked for a refund on an original piece of art. Prints and clothing if returned within 14 days can be refunded or exchanged for another item/size if stock is available.
WOC is happy to exchange or offer store credit on unwanted goods provided they are returned to us with proof of purchase within 14 days in a saleable condition with all packaging intact. All web orders will be refunded minus the cost of postage, unless the item is found to be faulty.
WOC cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit. If you do have to return any item to us we would ask that you use a trackable system such as a parcel delivery or courier service.
If you have any problems with any item and it fails to reach the high standard you would expect then please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will be happy to arrange a replacement. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Privacy Policy
All the information you provide to WOC including your email address, delivery address and credit card details are strictly private and confidential. WOC acknowledges that it is bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 and that it will not disclose your details to any third party without your express written consent. As a matter of good practice, we do not share any personal information with anyone and we do not sell it to others.
Right to alter Terms and Conditions
The WOC website is continually changing and these terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. WOC reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice.

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, WOC may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with WOC, WOC has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of WOC. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk.
